Bio
I studied Art and Design and Action Photography at Truro College and have been felting since 2018. I enjoy creating my own colour mixes from a range of natural fibres, mainly Merino and Shetland wools. Some items include silk to add extra impact whilst others may be embellished with needle felted detail.

Felt is one of the oldest known textile fabrics dating from 2.5-3,000 years ago. It can be very durable as well as decorative.
Due to the nature of the wet felting process, varying fibres and small batch colour mixes, each piece is unique.

In 2021 I launched Felt and Away, selling my creations at local craft markets. I enjoy experimenting with new ideas and creating new products to add to my stall. In 2025 I started leading workshops.

I hope you enjoy my work. Feel free to contact me to discuss commissions or if you have any queries.
